Copped one of these in a trade a while back. Cool sampler, very simple to use. Nice 12 bit crunch. Sounds great on drums. Think it has like 4 seconds of sample time lol. Mainly use it for runnin drum breaks into at high speeds/pitch and then playing it back at normal speed or lower.

4 seconds? That’s got to be a bit limiting. But, must be interesting to get that lo-fi sound.

Yeah it can get pretty crunchy. Not SP1200 crunchy but still nice, especially when you sample into it at high speed/pitch to maximize sample time. But yeah 4 seconds isn’t shit. It does create its own loop tho so if you sample a synth, it won’t click when the cycle starts over. I’ll sample my Minibrute into it, then play chords while running the MKS back thru the Minibrute filter. It’s nice for making monophonic sounds poly. And drums lol. That’s about all you can do with 4 seconds
