Keeping on a video game groove, i was thinking like Saturday Night Slam Masters or Wrestlefest, which were wrestling themed beat-em up arcade games. To add to the craziness, teams would post some sort of rambling pre-match interview about how badly they are going to stomp the snot out of the opponent and then compete against another team on a collaborative beat. Winners of the title periodically will defend the title against the winners of the next tournament throughout the upcoming year.

Nice! I'm in for this. Could be like Capcom vs Street Fighter with the tag team system even.

speakin for the bit of experience i have from the sf2 tournament i see it kinda unrealistic to get that much people for team-matches in a tournament system... you need 4 people for 1 match... we had 10 in the last one, speakin realisticly i doubt we can bring up more than 12-14 reliable fighters... i would be down for anything as a fighter but speakin on the "host" site i can only bring up enough passion for high-quality-paint-jobs and overdriven 16bit emulator samples... that's what i have and know and i would be down to make a mortal kombat maybe already in january... i feel like peoples veins are pumpin so let's just do it instead thinking creative; right like the sf2 tournament... saaaame old shit, straight vs. battles on the way to the top... everything by lot (how u say that shit?! grrr) just mk style BUT if somebody else want to bring down some wrestleshit or mugen type of clashes go on and do it. ...as a said I'm down for whatever... keep them ideas coming

mk1 had no blood on the snes... we tried all the mystic methods... even the frog-by-moonshine-thing... ki was quite cool too but i think more people are connected to mk... we would have to go for mk2 because of the fighter list but thats the point to discuss yet i guess...

means i copy and pasted single letters in ms paint; kinda puzzling or visual sampling ... quite some work; but for the good.
