That's a dope ass beat. I liked the track but I've been busy with my music and I don't think I could beat anyone here so I'm cool.

I found a way to get to soundclick! Yay!

Imma gonna have a crack at this one, not in any kind of 'competitive' way, just to see what I can do with it. This should be very interesting 8)

I couldn't get anything out of it that I'd be willing to let anyone hear. This past week has been really hectic so I really didn't have any time to work on it (or anything for that matter). To be honest I really wasn't feelin the track anyway. That's no excuse though. I still wanna jump in on the next one

Yeah, sorry to flake, but I've been mad busy as well and just didn't have time to get this done. I never even had a chance to listen to the sample, so that had nothing to do with it.

YO YO YO! SPECIAL OFFAH!

awright peeps - so far for battle 005, its only Juxt and Fauna. come on now people! this is an ol skoo throw down, where are you?

here's the special offer - we are extendifying the deadline for battle 005 for one more week, just to try and get more people involved. one week! for free! how can our prices be so low? new deadline OCT 17!

if you really hated the john handy sample, you should try and win to stop me from ever picking again.

a lot of people said they wanted to throw in, but have just been really busy lately. i can relate - the hockey season has just started after all - but one more week could give you time to throw SOMETHING together, no?

even if you just have a little scrap o' something, you should throw it in there. its not the destination, its the journey (please god, no more "journey").

new deadline: OCTOBER 17th (its a wednesday).

come on now - they don't call it a battle cuz its easy. let us know yr thots.

That's tight. Overall it reminds me of a Whodini beat, but the bass reminds me a lot of Masta Ace's Born to Roll.

Thanks man. I woke up kinda late this morning 11-ish. Felt inspired and just jumped right into it, didn't leave my room until it was done. Took like 2 hours, probly 4 total (spent some time chopping a few days ago).
