Hello friends! Thank you all for the last battle and let's start a new one! The rules are very simple: 1. Using SP. External mastering in DAW is possible. 2. Yo! Ashley, don't worry. Today I started working on it. I think we will extend the deadline. Is there anyone else working on this? |

Sorry to disappear, got doored on my bike and broke my collar bone. Didn't really feel like doing anything for a minute. I might hop on this. Also just ordered the new teenage engineering k.o. ii sampler. Looks pretty cool |

Hey IIIII, hope it's going well, i wish you a speedy recovery! Yes, the TE KO2 is tempting me, too. Beautiful design and imidiate workflow! And the layer/scene/pattern concept seems cool. But it would be a lil' redundant between my other samplers. I gladly passed the gear from sonicware for this reason. We'll see how long i can resist this time, it's def. harder. Which gear do you have right now, IIIII? I'm also working on something, I think I need this WE for it. |

JUST A JOKE (for t'other early birds). Here it is really... https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xqK8ix ... sp=sharing 303 (w/ front-end fx and pitching by Korg NTS-1), recorded raw thru a borrowed M-Audio M-Track to Audacity (puke) wit' no jiggery pokery (Roland VS died, currently waiting on Boss Micro BR to arrive). Rough and (un)ready as usual (like not noticing a gap in the drums til I listened in headphones as I was recording it, lol) but you get t'idea. Sorry to hear that, IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. I bet collar bone is bare owie. The TKO 133 thing came out for 300 just after I re-bought a 303. Looks kinda cool...but I have no regrets! Despite its flaws, I love the 303 (obvs, since this is my 3rd in 18 months, lol), especially now I can pitch in realtime on the way in. Those T-E units will be collectors items in the future, fo'sho'...assuming they're still working by then! Buy two but dont open one of them. Mark my words, monster monster! |

Thanks y'all, right now I just use the MK2. Got lots of gear in a trunk. I've never purchased gear out the gate without a discount or used (and a year+ of user feedback) but I was just too curious and the design is just lovely. Doubt I'll be disappointed, but it is a bit redundant with what I got. I'm finally at a point in life I'm not weighing a new sampler to rent so my wife demanded I indulge myself for once...I'll blame her if it sucks |

Here's mine: https://thegreatnoire.bandcamp.com/track/high-humidity @SupaSamplaSwappa: Brilliant idea to cover the missing pitch shifting function of the 303 with something small! Pitch sounds really good to my ears. @IIIII: Ok, I'm curious to see what you think of the KOII. In combination with an sp sampler, it's certainly cool. Weird that it can't resample. |

I initially bought it for the FX after the VS880 died (tried the Zoom MS70CDR but the reverbs were SHOCKING - worse than an 80s 12bit Yamaha reverb I used to have, lol. Other FX were great tho...) and had already decided to get a 303 (AGAIN!) but use it with the Zoom ST224... but then I saw the stopfx download and thought I could get rid of the Zoom and save some cash/desk space/I hate having more than one sampler at once as I wouldn't need the Zoom for pitching. Aside from that, the reverbs are great, the delays are good and it has hp/BP/LP filters etc, plus a mean monosynth engine of course, and it cost £60. But, yes, the pitching is clean and artifact clear - I compared it to the ST-224 and doing it with pooter and it sounded the best. |
