Hi,

these are the samples for SPBB#204:

Deadline is Thursday, April 7th.

The winner will receive the 7" vinyl record the samples are taken from:

Rules:

—> multiple SPs are allowed
—> SPs only (including MS-1 and MVs)
—> external bounce is allowed
—> external sounds and vocals are allowed
—> external mastering is allowed
—> 2:30 maximum duration
—> use of marihuana is allowed but not encouraged
—> extra kudos for whoever manages to incorporate the provided vocals

(Letters knows very well that these samples are difficult to work with because of their kind of harsh and cold sound. They are actually parts of stems from the main track of the vinyl single linked above. Letters was involved in the production of this record 1000 years ago but was never quite satisfied with the outcome. Treat them without mercy and turn them into something cool.)

yo. just used the synth part. pretty nice sht to cop with. had a lot of fun! B)

Used SP-555, SP-404 and bounced back to tapedeck. Also put some additional synth chords to it. Hope thats allowed! :)

Crayze bounce back & forth between 808 and 404, hence the artifacts all over this... no outside samps, all resample, no pattern.
Some really dope shit out of this battle so far - thas some good sh*t you guys gots in the st*sh
