Use any other sounds, instruments, samplers, DAWs with these. Make whatever you want with them. Just make sure you use each of the supplied samples.

Just like the last open challenge: PM me the link to your track, don't make it public. After the due date I'll post each of the submissions anonymously for voting. These fellas know the score.

The comp runs until midday (UTC) 20th of May (time zone list is here).

The deal breaker for me is having to sync it with the acapella.

Fair call, but remember you barely even need to use the a capella. Even if you grab two words from a verse that'll do.
