I am looking to put together an ep this summer and I wanted to know what is the best way to record my performance.

you can find a cheap or free (or expensive i guess) software and use the usb to connect your 555 to the computer.

if you want to keep it all in the sp you can just resample as you play your performance. i dont think you can use patterns this way but you can bang on all your pads while the sp itself records what your doing onto one pad.
