It's cool man - it's what YOU like to use! Reversing a sample is done in a number of different ways on the 606, the quickest being the reverse effect in the MFX, which requires a single button press and a twist of the knob..

Compare that with loading a multisample - almost automatic on the 606, but has to be done one-note-at-a-time on the 404, which I'm sure you'd agree is quite a bit slower! But it all depends on how you work and what you use the sampler for. I really love sound design, so the 606 is the best for me as it's by far the most powerful and flexible when it come to creating brand new noises!

It's like comparing PC and MAC - each is really just as easy to use, but not if you're not used to it 8)

505 is best for workflow i think , maaybe it just spoiled me , but when my memory card is full (16 banks x 16 samples) + <internal soundbank>(10 banks x 16 samples) 256 samples (i think) its dope you can have so many beats going on at once , with a 303 you have to make your beat and record it right away or back up your samples to pc tape or if you have lots of extra cards you could make a ton of banks and loading the patterns is a bitch in the ass. 303 is still crazy dope tho , it makes you use your head sometimes hell my 303 doesnt even light up when i turn it on just the fx light up so i cant even see digits, its a nice challenge setting the pattern length to 8 or 16 , everything else is cake, . best beats i ever made were on a sp 303. the memory card is faster to work with the internal banks take forever to delete .
