Anybody got any decent programs (opensource/freeware whatever) that can take a crap load of wav files and batch convert them to be the correct sample rate?

Im currently sitting with sound forge open and doing each one by itself (338 samples 8) )

It isnt too bad, but its taking forever.

just wondering what every one else uses.
