Just a quick tale of caution...wanted to import a few samples from my card (not using converter, just copied them over to root to be the first 20 or so on the card), followed procedure from the manual...not only did it NOT start where I told it (bank A, pad 1), it imported ALL the samples from the card, and did not just stick to the bank I told it (A). So I ended up blowing away probably easily 100 or more samples that were not backed up anywhere.

I was sitting so pissed and stunned at losing all that work....fuck

TL;DR - Import will grab ALL files from your card and overwrite all the banks (or as many as samples take up), be very careful about what bank you pick and know how many samples it will import.
