yeah that is mad ugly. could be a neat toy to pair with the 404 though, what with being all battery powered and small and all. i wonder how hard it is to hit the note you want? that could make or break it as far as i'm concerned.

I dont think it lets you play notes. . I have a feeling it works like the arpeggiator ribbon controller on the electribe emx / esx, where it remains in key no matter where you press it. . key being set some other way I guess.

The only problem i can see with this is the same problem all kaoss pads suffer. . canned sounds

but pressing different locations gives you different notes within that key right? that's what i meant.

i like the idea and look of this, but like Cartesia says...I think its sounds will lack something.

got to say, from the video it sounds pretty dope.. that's from listning to a crappy youtube video though.. i think it will be cool. if it is as cheap as the kp mini and it sounds cool i will cop it!

The best thing about it is that it is so fucking small! it would fit in right next to my microkorg and 404!

404 fx for the win! MAN just think of jamming on the bus with this thing! It has a little looper inside so you can really get crazy! And you know what, i found a picture of it on the net(not just that crappy video) and i am really starting to dig the white/yellow finish!

I googled it and it looks like its gonna cost 117 USD, I'M BUYING!!!

If it's cheap enough I'd grab one. Be a great companion for the 404, would be a nice small, battery powered sound module/synth to sample from. Looks like it would be fun to jam with too.
