i really really really really don't need these

But i will find a reason to get at least one of them

The sampler sounds great, but since I already use SPs/MV8800 that new EMX is looking mighty tasty as a side piece

I'm impressed they threw in the synth engine of the Korg KingKorg synth.

Haha, the pedal sounded funny. I was wondering what the hell that was. Just did a little research and found out it's some anime character named hatsune miku and there's a huge following on the music. Korg will probably make a ton of money from this pedal.

both manuals (mps and volca) are avaliable by now. i'll study them a little to see what's good...and what's not...

EDIT
they seems not very impressive as manuals, maybe they're more something to show quickly what the machines do...for example: there is nothing about editing a sample (!!!), what mode pads are triggered (one shot, gate etc)...
anyway, for the MPS (comparing to ES1 and ESX) i found:
-negative-
1 imput (as on es1,esx)
no start point knob
motion seq knob not on face

-positive-
step jump (you can create sequences on the fly)
sync section (sync and midi)
more dedicated adsr section
battery

that's all for now...
ps
on the manual it is written something about a sort of "parameter section" to see better things, but i dind't found it on them manual nor on korg site...

Thanks for the share ellaguru. Waiting on the sampler manual. I'm really hoping they add mute groups. The synth doesn't look like something I'd dig. Rather use a regular synth and midi it up or record it to the sampler.

Love my Microsampler, but I wish the Electribe sampler blows it away and I'm sure it would.. but the Microsampler was more expensive, haha

Post subject:  Re: Electribe Sampler, Electribe M.P.S, and Volca Sample

i think that there is a mistake: the manual of the electribe is the one of the "new" EMX, not the "new" ESX, that's why there is nothing about samples inside; the fact that they looks exactly the same is a confusing thing to me....so, to make things clearer, i didn't found the Electribe Sampler manual...

Are guitar players really going to use a pedal that makes them sound like a weird anime girl when they play it?

I don't know.

I've actually got myself the Volca Sample the other day and it really is dope. Using the Caustic sample editor to upload samples from my Note 3 and works great. It's a full-blown sound editor that lets you even add the Caustic effects to your samples. Loving that it keeps your samples like a playlist, giving you freedom to change out samples you want, leaving other samples untouched(faster uploads). Yeah, it downgrades them a little, but sounds great to me. I currently have my top 100 one-hit samples in it.

Easily the greatest Volca out of the bunch imo and so affordable for what it can do. I think a lot of SP cats would like it. There's still a lot I need to learn about it though like song mode, but most of the system is like the other Volcas.
