Hello fellow SP 303 users. I love mine; do you folks love yours as much?

Anyway, I was just wondering how most of you choose to amplify your 303.

Do you run it directly to an amp? Do you run it through other electronic devices?

For now, I'm running an instrument cable from the phones port to a Marshall amp and it's been working great, but I plan on improving this.

How about everyone else?

^ thanks for your patience.
:P

..I use a 404, but anyway, I run it into a mixer which all my synths, laptop etc also go to, then out to my home hifi

I suspect most people use RCAs into either a stereo or a mixer

i use a 404 for my shows, i have a keyboard amp that has rca jacks that i use, but for a guitar amp, just get a cable with rca to quarter inch and that should work fine.

haha, sorry for the impatience! I've been busy with school work lately and forums like this one are the only source of community I really get.

Anyway, it looks like most of you use mixers and such.

It would be great if you folks could take pictures of your set up and post them here just to give me (and everyone else) a general idea of your set up.

This would be a great topic to discuss.

Also, I haven't a clue about mixers and hooking up samplers through them, so the pictures along with a description would be awesome for me, as well as others that are new to the procedure.

I don't plan on using the 404, but instead I'll be using two 303s with one another live, so I've got to think seriously about getting my hands on a good mixer and some idea of how to set it up.

Thanks for the feedback, though!

What do you mean, here, by 'home hifi'? I'm assuming you mean some sort of amplification device, such as speakers or something, that deal with hi fi electronics, but can you be more specific?
