This seems like a cheap way to get my beats onto my computer (probably just use audacity).

Ignoring actual hardware/software usage preferences, what do ya'll think I am losing if I use this thing, as far as quality? Any other tips? Word

Is that how the beats on your myspace got there? (as well as your mix tape with better days, chatterbox etc)

Edirol UA interfaces are really good - very low latency and very good sound quality.

ya, everything in the last 6 months has been recorded thru that. Its got latency issues tho. I would only use the imic to record beats.

I got an iMic for $30, works great. People should pick one of these up - super cheap, good quality. I just record patterns into Kristal (dope program), so I have no issues as far as latency. Check it out
