 Post subject: sampling to internal memory sounds distorted

when i sample anything to the internal memory on banks A or B on the 303 it sounds mad distorted to the point it sounds like static/noise however sampling to banks C and D sound fine. does anyone know how i can fix this?

Download the manual from the S.P.I. section and check how to initialize the internal memory banks, if not that possibly re-install the OS from Roland's website. One of those should fix it, but no promises just my personal experience from using my 303.

thanks for the reply again Euclid. somehow the problem has fixed itself. i tried sampling a few more times and the distortion has cleared.

i'm defiantly feeling the 303, the sound is just what i wanted. it feels like making a beat is easy.

I'm glad it fixed itself, I lost a beat to that weird crackle noise that all 303 users know and fear.
